Illinois Public Act 097-0609 (5 ILCS 120-7.3), requires public sector employers participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund to post employee compensation information. Employees whose total compensation packages exceed $75,000 per year must be posted within six-days of budget approval. Total Compensation is the annual salary; plus the calculated cost of vacation and sick time accrued annually; plus employer cost of health insurance; plus annual cost of vehicle allowance; plus annual cost of clothing allowances.
