Detainee Phone Calls:

All detainees have access to a phone from 9:00am until 9:00pm.  Phones in the booking area are accessible 24 hours a day.  Phone accounts can be set up at www.ICsolutions.com.

Detainees incarcerated at the Madison County Jail, once processed and housed in a block, will have access to kiosks which allow for scheduled video visitation.  There are also telephones which allow for scheduled conversations and jail issued tablets which allow for telephone visitations scheduled in advance.
