As a board member, Terry looks for ways for the county to avoid wasteful spending and tries to make the right choices that will benefit the people of Madison County.
He currently serves as the chair of the Public Safety Committee as well as serves on the Executive, Building and Zoning and Judiciary committees.
The Bethalto native works as a barber and owned his own barbershop for the past four decades.
He and his wife of 38 years raised two sons and are the grandparents of five.
