He serves as chair of the Central Services Committee. He also serves on the Building and Zoning, Executive and Finance, Government Operations and Education committees.
Ryan stands for family values and transparency in government. His goals are to reduce government redundancy, keep taxes low, support law enforcement and support the needs of his district.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is the owner and CEO of B&K Towing and Logistics of Collinsville for nearly 29 years.
Ryan is a lifelong resident of Madison County. He grew up in Collinsville, where he resides with his wife and four children, and is a “Kahok through and through!”
