Continuum of Care Funding Notice
The Madison County Partnership to End Homelessness announces that the HUD FY 2015 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition Notice of Funding Availability has been released. Please see below for the details of the Notice from HUD.

Project Applications must be submitted to the Partnership no later than 4:30 pm on October 21, 2015. Project Applications may be submitted to Madison County Community Development, Attention: David A. Harrison via email – daharrison@co.madison.il.us – or by USPS – 130 Hillsboro Ave., Edwardsville, IL 62025. 

Applicants should carefully read the FY 2015 CoC Program NOFA in its entirety in conjunction with the CoC Program interim rule (24 CFR part 578) in order to ensure a comprehensive understanding and compliance with all CoC Program requirements. FY 2015 CoC Program Competition NOFA
